Customer Service Expert – Noida

We are hiring for a very thriving startup in Healthcare domain for their Noida Office. The company has a strong core team of IITians and Ex-Fortis's Professionals.

Job Responsibilities:

1) Addressing the queries on the website and adding them to the Sales Funnel
2) Interacting with the professionals on our panel and scheduling their home visit
3) Follow up with the professional and the customer
4) Taking a feedback from the customer 
5) Preparing and analyzing daily, weekly and monthly reports

A suitable candidate should have a stellar record in Telecalling. Past startup/operations experience is a huge plus.
