Challenge

The event is the largest congregation of the Indian Electrical ecosystem and power sector ecosystem. Its participants are businesses looking for power and electricity solutions in their own domain or are offering such services and products. The event focusses on intelligent electricity and technologies such as – smart grids, smart transformers, cost effective wires and other related products.

The event venue was Delhi NCR and the company required to invite businesses to attend this event. The Testament® offered its disrupting technology and workforce to address this challenge.

Solution

To bring in visitors for the event, 8 facilitators were deployed over a period of two weeks effectively putting in over 150 man-days in the project. The executives for this activity were the trained and technology equipped on-ground marketing facilitators who leveraged The Testament®’s training and in-house app, Market Acquire to track their pitches and ensure the highest quality of pitches delivery.

Occupational health and safety is a multidisciplinary field concerned with the safety, health, and welfare of people at work. The goals of occupational safety and health programs include to foster a safe and healthy work environment. The client in context is one of the largest trade show organizers on the continent. The trade show in context was one on the OHS industry to be held in Mumbai and required close to 2000 visitors. The client partnered with The Testament® to conduct an on-ground visitor acquisition drive across the city of Mumbai.

Solution

The Testament® activated 6 Facilitator’s to work for 25 Days totaling in 150 Man Days. The target business segment was broken down into the following components:

How The Testament® helped a printing and packaging business exhibition gather 1200 visitors.

 

Challenge

The exhibition aims to showcase the latest machinery, ancillary and materials for the industry and act as launch pad for new products from manufacturers. The event is a global brand and enjoys a dedicated support of business in this industry worldwide.

The organizer looked to bring footfall to the event for which it required reaching out to printers, packaging companies and label makers in Delhi NCR. The Testament® stepped up to this challenge and leveraged its expertise in visitor acquisition.

Solution

To meet the objectives of the project, The Testament® deployed 8 on-ground facilitators over a period of 13 days. Equipped with The Testament®’s proprietary technology, Market Acquire, which helps collect pitches, location and photographs, the facilitators visited various businesses in the target group.
