The client in context is a global cab aggregator having 5 vacancies across entry and mid level positions. There were 3 positions specifically – Financial Analyst, On-ground Executive and Back-end Executive.

The role of the Financial Analyst was crucial to the company and required a CA candidate. On-ground Executive had to focus on lead generation and bring more drivers under the company’s wings. Back-end executives worked with customer care and followed up on the data. 

The variety in the job profiles gave rise to challenges in terms of finding the best fit candidate, since job profiles of Financial Analyst and On-ground Executive would be distinctly different and require different applicant pools.
