Challenge

As top companies look for avenues to grow in an extremely competitive market, it has become extremely important for organisations to attract bright talent to join as employees. The client in context is a global cab aggregation company having 26 vacancies across entry and mid-level positions. There were two positions specifically: Partner Support Representative and Senior Partner Support Representative.

Partner Support Representative (PSR) position entailed interacting with the drivers of the cab aggregation company and handling the various concerns/queries which may arise during operations. The company considers the drivers on their marketplace platform as partners in the business model, and hence the job profile was named as Partner Support Representative. The job profile also had responsibilities such as tracking driver activities and aligning the payout at the end of the billing cycle with the number of rides/distance covered by the partners (drivers).

Senior Partner Support Representatives would have the responsibility of managing a team of PSRs, and take leadership role with respect to Partner Support.

Solution

To attract and screen top talent in the field, The Testament® followed a multi stage approach which consisted of the following steps:

Vacancy posting: Job vacancies were posted in various job platforms as well as The Testament’s proprietary recruitment platform – Market Recruit®. Through Market Recruit®, users can register on the platform and browse various job postings from top companies. They can then refer suitable candidates from their own network for the various job openings. Once the candidate gets selected, the referee gets handsomely rewarded through cash incentives.

Application Screening: Once applications started pouring through the channels, the team at The Testament® performed a two-round screening based on preliminary criterion as well as resume based shortlisting to filter out the best fit candidates. Challenge

The company in context was a start-up in the field of E-Commerce Solutions, which allows users to sell their products online through mobile and desktop platforms. The company had a limited user base and needed to acquire more customers in order to propagate its service. The target group for the company was small to medium retailers in the prime markets in Delhi NCR.

Solution

The Testament activated 2 Facilitator’s for over a week for this project. This barrier can somewhat be reduced with reviews of the service/product from fellow customers which help the customer make that purchase decision.
The service aggregator in context is a one stop marketplace for varied lifestyle services such as wedding planning, movers and packers, physiotherapy etc. To increase buyer acceptance of its services, the company required to gather more unbiased reviews from its customers on its platform. The aggregator decided to partner with The Testament® to organise a review generation drive among its customers with a target of generating a minimum of 4000 reviews.

Solution

The Testament® divided the process of review acquisition into two steps:
Tele-calling drive to customers: The first step in the process was to gather customer contact details from the company’s database. Once this was provided by the company, The Testament® organised a tele-calling drive to each customer and requested for a verbal review of the service availed.
Review transcription by scripts: While the review was being provided by the customers to the tele callers, The Testament’s proprietary technology – Market Acquire®, acquired voice recordings of the reviews. The trade fair in context is on the Indian Health Care industry, being organised on an annual basis in the capital city of Delhi. Based on recent data, the Indian healthcare market, which is worth around $100 billion, will likely grow at a CAGR of 23 per cent to $280 billion by 2020. The client in context is one of the largest and oldest non-governmental body in the country with policy advisory as one of its primary functions. It also organises trade fairs on various industries to spur buyer-seller interaction and give impetus to economic growth in turn. In order to acquire visitors for the event, the client partnered with The Testament® to conduct an on-ground visitor acquisition drive across Delhi for 2 weeks.
