The Testament

In the land of Hollywood, where prettiest people from all parts of the world try their luck in the world of glamour, there was a guy with a big nose: short ( 5 ft, 5in), skinny, not beautiful in the conventional sense at all, wanting to be an actor.

He was deemed ugly unanimously, but he didn't give up on his wish, because he found acting as the only opportunity where he could play different characters, and lose his individuality. An individuality he wasn't very proud of.

Life was hard financially, emotionally, physically; and love for females was obviously unrequited.

Yet he struggled, not for a few, but for TEN LONG, HARD YEARS. With vague and faded ambitions, he kept on working. Becoming a lead actor wasn't even a distant thought for him, it was a pipe dream which was washed up by the countless odd jobs he had to do to sustain his life.

And then, not only did this guy become a lead actor, he became a legend. He got nominated for 7 Oscars, winning two, and receiving countless accolades thereafter. We want you to know about Dustin Hoffman, one of the most inspiring people in the entertainment industry.
