The client in context is a leading publishing house operating out of Delhi, who required 14 best fit candidates across 6 Job profiles.The job profiles which required to be filled were entry level positions, such as Warehouse Assistant, Office Assistant, Data Operator, Proof Reader, Content Writer and Graphic Designer. The variety in the job profiles gave rise to challenges in terms of finding the best fit candidate, since job profiles of Warehouse Assistant and Graphic Designers would be distinctly different and require different applicant pools.

Solution

To attract and screen top talent in the field, The Testament® followed a multi stage approach which consisted of the following steps:

Vacancy posting: Job vacancies were posted in various job platforms as well as The Testament’s proprietary recruitment platform – Market Recruit®. The client in context is a global cab aggregation company having 26 vacancies across entry and mid-level positions. There were two positions specifically: Partner Support Representative and Senior Partner Support Representative.

Partner Support Representative (PSR) position entailed interacting with the drivers of the cab aggregation company and handling the various concerns/queries which may arise during operations. The company considers the drivers on their marketplace platform as partners in the business model, and hence the job profile was named as Partner Support Representative. The job profile also had responsibilities such as tracking driver activities and aligning the payout at the end of the billing cycle with the number of rides/distance covered by the partners (drivers).

Senior Partner Support Representatives would have the responsibility of managing a team of PSRs, and take leadership role with respect to Partner Support.

E-Commerce solutions provider acquires 120 businesses in Delhi by leveraging The Testament® Market Acquisition Capabilities 

Challenge

The company in context was a start-up in the field of E-Commerce Solutions, which allows users to sell their products online through mobile and desktop platforms. The company had a limited user base and needed to acquire more customers in order to propagate its service. The target group for the company was small to medium retailers in the prime markets in Delhi NCR.

Solution

The Testament activated 2 Facilitator’s for over a week for this project. The facilitators were trained about the company’s products and the SME in the retail sector before being deployed to all important retail markets in Delhi. The facilitators encompassed markets in North Delhi (Rohini), West Delhi (Kirti Nagar), South Delhi (Greater Kailash) and Central Delhi (Chandni Chowk, Karol Bagh) to get retailers on board the platform.
