E-Commerce solutions provider acquires 120 businesses in Delhi by leveraging The Testament® Market Acquisition Capabilities 

Challenge

The company in context was a start-up in the field of E-Commerce Solutions, which allows users to sell their products online through mobile and desktop platforms. The company had a limited user base and needed to acquire more customers in order to propagate its service. The target group for the company was small to medium retailers in the prime markets in Delhi NCR.

Solution

The Testament activated 2 Facilitator's for over a week for this project. The facilitators were trained about the company’s products and the SME in the retail sector before being deployed to all important retail markets in Delhi. The facilitators encompassed markets in North Delhi (Rohini), West Delhi (Kirti Nagar), South Delhi (Greater Kailash) and Central Delhi (Chandni Chowk, Karol Bagh) to get retailers on board the platform.

The facilitators were tasked with:

  • Provided Information to the retailers regarding the service
  • Demonstrate the features of the portals
  • Acquire requisite details of the interested retailers for account creation
  • Tele-Calling drive to hand over the online stores to the retailers

Results

  • 120 businesses acquired in 7 days
  • Presence in some of the prime markets in Delhi NCR
  • Incisive Insights into its target market.
  • List of all Respondents to generate future leads
